Aerator series
1. BZQ type membrane type microporous aerator
The membrane type microporous aerator system is mainly composed of aerator base, upper spiral cover, air equalizing plate, synthetic rubber and other components. The synthetic rubber membrane has 2100-2500 opening and closing holes arranged according to certain rules. When inflating, air passes through the air distribution pipeline and air equalizing plate, evenly entering between the rubber membranes. Under the action of air pressure, the membrane slightly bulges and the holes open to achieve the purpose of air diffusion. When the gas supply is stopped, the pressure between the membrane and the air equalizing plate gradually decreases, causing the holes to gradually close. After the pressure disappears completely, due to the water pressure and the rebound effect of the membrane itself, the membrane is compacted on the air equalizing plate. Considering the above structure and the good characteristics of the membrane itself, in the aeration tank, The mixture cannot cause backflow, therefore, it will not contaminate the pores, On the other hand, when the hole is opened, due to the elasticity of the rubber, the small amount of dust contained in the air will not cause the gap of the aerator to be blocked.

2. ZH type flexible tubular aerator
This product is a flexible tubular aerator made of synthetic fiber reinforced improved plastic material. The surface of the hose has pores on its circumference, which can aerate and generate multiple microbubbles in the water. The rising speed of bubbles is slow, the gas distribution is uniform, and the oxygen utilization rate is high. The hose swells during aeration and is flattened by static water pressure when not aerated, which to some extent avoids sludge backflow. Good acid and alkali resistance. It can be curled and packaged, with a small size and convenient transportation.

3. Diffuse aerator
The diffuser aerator consists of a serrated air distribution head, diffuser cover, guide cover, guide baffle, and central pipe. The diameter ranges from 400 to 600, with intake pipe diameters of 1, 1.2, 1.5, and 2 inches, and a service area of 1-3 square meters per unit.

1. Elastic three-dimensional filler
Elastic three-dimensional packing is one of the commonly used packing materials in organic wastewater biological treatment reactors. This product uses a mixed copolymer of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and aging resistant propylene with hydrophilic, adsorption resistant, and heat-resistant oxygen resistant additives as raw materials. 2. Composite fillers
Composite fillers are developed on the basis of soft fillers and semi soft fillers, and they have the advantages of both. Its structure is to replace the plastic disc with a double ring large plastic ring, and press the aldehyde modified vinylon fiber or polyester yarn on the outer ring of the ring to evenly distribute the fiber bundle; The inner circle is made of snowflake shaped plastic branches, which can not only hang film but also effectively cut bubbles, improving the transfer rate and utilization rate of oxygen.
