　　The HLHB series electrostatic precipitators are high-efficiency electrostatic dust removal products designed and manufactured by our company, incorporating technology introduced from the American (JOY) technology company and combining our company's many years of experience in designing and manufacturing electrostatic precipitators. This series of products is widely applicable to flue gas purification systems such as power plant boilers, industrial kilns, and large and small cement plants, and is particularly effective in collecting high-resistivity dust. To ensure that the series of products have long-term stable, reliable, and efficient operation, the following special designs have been adopted in the structure:

　　1. Double-layer multi-porous airflow distribution plate, auxiliary square hole airflow regulating device, which can make the airflow distribution more uniform.

　　2. The electrode plates adopt single-point eccentric free suspension, and each electrode plate in the same plate row receives the same rapping energy, and the rapping acceleration distribution is uniform.

　　3. No special fixing or adjusting devices are added to the electrode plate rows and between the positive and negative electrodes. This realizes multi-point control of the flatness of the plate row and the distance between the same (different) poles.

　　4. More effective facilities are adopted in the detailed design of the rapping hammer head and drill bit falling off to prevent the loosening, breaking, and falling off of the electrode wires.

　　Our company can design and manufacture various electrostatic precipitators such as wire-tube type and wire-plate type according to the specific operating conditions of the users.
