1、 Overview
With the development of the chemical industry, there is an increasing amount of high concentration and difficult to degrade wastewater. At the same time, with the strengthening of environmental awareness, people are paying more and more attention to the migration and changes of difficult to degrade organic compounds in the environment. However, the treatment of high concentration and difficult to degrade organic compounds in chemical wastewater has always been a challenge, as such wastewater has a high concentration, with C0Dcr generally reaching tens of thousands of mg/L, and even up to tens of thousands of mg/L. Moreover, the pollutants contained in it are complex, and some chemical substances contain biological toxicity.
Hongliu Company has collaborated with research institutes to develop a complete set of treatment processes with front-end pretreatment, XFS catalytic oxidation, microelectrolysis, UASB/EGSB anaerobic technology, and efficient aerobic biochemical treatment technology as the core. Combined with specialized microbial strains in the "HLTX" series, multiple high concentration chemical wastewater treatment projects have been successfully completed, and the treated effluent meets national discharge standards.
The water quality and composition of different chemical wastewater vary greatly due to different production processes and raw materials. We conduct data collection experiments for each chemical wastewater treatment project in the early stages of design. Based on experimental data, the process flow is flexibly organized in the design, while ensuring that the effluent meets the standard, fully considering the investment and operating costs of the entire system, and utilizing modern electrical control technology to simplify the operation process and improve system stability.
For example, the wastewater from a certain fumaric acid production has a C0Dcr of about 55000mg/L, a pH of about 1, and is mainly composed of organic acids. After obtaining necessary parameters in preliminary experiments and combining with engineering experience, we have designed the following treatment process:

After the completion and operation of the project, the treated effluent C0D remained stable at around 90mg/L. The operating cost is less than 4 yuan/ton of wastewater, mainly consisting of chemical and electricity fees
