2、 Main processing techniques

A、 Treatment process for conventional coking wastewater

This treatment process is suitable for configuring treatment facilities such as phenol removal, ammonia distillation, and final cold water cyanide removal at the end of coking production. The phenol and ammonia content in the discharged wastewater is within 1000mg/L, and the Copcr is not greater than 5000mg/L for medium concentration coking wastewater. This treatment process utilizes multiple advanced water treatment technologies and strengthens the wastewater pretreatment unit, making it suitable for coking wastewater with high levels of phenol, ammonia, cyanide, and COD. The main process flow is as follows:

This process can effectively treat coking wastewater containing high concentrations of phenol, ammonia, and cyanide. Through XFS advanced oxidation technology, the majority of difficult to degrade components are removed during the pretreatment process, improving the biodegradability and ensuring stable operation of the subsequent biochemical treatment system.
